Hi TriWar Global Support Team,

I am writing to formally report that my account (In-Game Name: POLYY, originally from Server 2, now merged into Server 1) has been compromised. While I managed to secure my two-handed sword, the rest of my high-value inventory has been stolen.

Details of Stolen Assets:
* Armor Set: Full Level 91 set, all enhanced to +40 (upgraded as of last night).
* Accessories: Multiple high-level upgraded pieces.
* Pet: Level 100% EXP pet (currently being used by character: Tapaikun, as seen in the attached screenshots).
* Currency: 100,000 Gold.

We have already tracked the movement of several items. I have attached screenshots of the stolen gear, the latest set specifications, and relevant conversation logs for your investigation.

Our group is deeply invested in TriWar Global. I personally have spent nearly 1 million PHP on this account, and my teammates Pleb, TheSEER, FrogKing, Shanksss, and SeeNoEvil (formerly DaBeast) have collectively spent millions more. We truly admire the game’s concept and have been eager to support your future titles with similar levels of investment.

Given your team's recent success in manually fixing character skill bugs for individual players, we are confident you have the tools to track these items and restore them to my account.

Our Request:
* Restoration: We ask that the stolen armor, accessories, and pet be returned to POLYY.
* Alternative: If restoration is impossible, we request that the stolen items be permanently deleted. We cannot allow scammers or those purchasing stolen goods to benefit from the hard work and significant investment I put into this character.

We want to continue supporting your studio, but this incident has put our entire team’s future in the game at risk. If this cannot be resolved, our group including Pleb, who is prepared to file a corroborating report regarding our collective investment will be forced to stop supporting TriWar by stop spending money to the game and any future projects.

I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Good day to the developers of TriwarM, there is still a problem for TriwarM players, on the Elior server it is difficult to enter the game because there are so many alt accounts or dummy gmail just to grind materials for upgrading items. So the real players who spend money cannot enter the game because the server is filled with alt or dummy accounts and it becomes a reason for them to quit the game. I hope this problem will be given attention and action so that it will be fair to the real players who spend money. Thank you very much

GM Maybe you can increase the drop rate of the hero 1 week farming without out. At least you can't loot one, tsk
