Hello TriwarM Support Team,
I recently downloaded the Global version of TriwarM on my mobile device, but I am unable to access the game. Immediately upon launching the app, I am stuck on the initial screen with the following pop-up error message:
"An error has occurred. (-302)"
I cannot bypass this screen to enter the game. Here is my device information to help you investigate the issue:
Device: POCO F2 Pro
OS Version: Android 12
Region: Türkiye
Network: Wi-Fi / Mobile Data
I have also attached a screenshot of the error to this ticket. Could you please provide a solution or a workaround so I can start playing?
